As a result of the latest Government Covid-19 announcements, border closures and flight suspensions we are reducing our coach services from 28 December 2020

As a result, we have unfortunately had to cancel your journey. You don’t have to do anything as we will refund your ticket within the next 28 days at the very latest. We will currently continue to run for essential travel needs only so if you do wish to re-book you can search available journeys on our homepage. It is your responsibility to check if you are travelling within the relevant Government guidelines.

The Scottish Government has restricted all travel by law with limited exceptions. More information

The Welsh Government has placed Wales at alert level 4 which restricts travel without reasonable excuse. More information

I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and I understand this may not be the start to the New Year you had planned. However we are doing all we can to keep our customers and colleagues safe during uncertain and fast changing times. 

If you have already contacted us about an amendment or refund you do not need to contact us again. Our customer service team is working extremely hard to process the high number of requests in order of date received. All refunds will be verified and processed within 28 days.
