If you're not quite sure when you'll be coming back, an Open Return ticket provides you with flexibility for your return journey.
The return journey must be made within three months of the outward date of travel
Open returns are being discontinued
Open returns are no longer available to purchase on the website or our mobile app, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t have flexibility with our fares and Change & Go extra.
Our Fully Flexible fare allows free amendments to the date or time of your journey, or you can cancel your ticket 24 hours before your outbound departure to receive a refund.
Add on Change & Go to your Fully Flexible or Standard fare for even more flexibility, allowing you to board any coach 12 hours before or after your original departure time.

How do I validate an existing open return ticket?
If you already have an open return and need to book your return journey please follow these steps...
1- log into 'My Account'
2- Find your ticket and click 'Confirm my return journey'
3- Choose your return journey and click 'Confirm Changes'
4- Review the return journey and confirm again
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided
