Can we eat & drink on the coach?

We do not provide or sell refreshments on our coaches, but you are welcome to bring hot drinks (provided they are fitted with a safety lid to avoid spillage), non-alcoholic drinks and cold food.

Longer services will make refreshment stops at service stations and rest areas, where you are free to make use of the facilities.

Please note: hot or strong-smelling food, and alcohol are not permitted on board our services.

Can I leave items on board the coach?

Items cannot be left on board and all personal belongings must be taken with you when leaving your coach.

Where is the drop-off and pick-up point?

Your coach will arrive and depart from Archery Field, which is on the Cheltenham Racecourse site and is a 15-20 minute walk from the Racecourse entrances.

Our friendly stewards will be on hand to direct you to the pop-up coach park for your return journey. An accessible shuttle buggy service will operate from the coach park and the racecourse if assistance is required.
