We do everything we can to make your journey as smooth as possible from start to finish, and that includes buying and using your ticket. However, we know sometimes plans can change and you may need some more advice.
Whether it's a one-way (single), return or open return journey, below you'll find information about our different fares so you can know which is right for your circumstances. Don't forget, you can always contact us for any other issues you may have.
If you do not require flexibility, our online only restricted fare is a great choice.

Tired of standing on the daily commute to work? Find out how switching your journey to coach could save you a train-induced headache. A National Express Season ticket gives you a reserved seat on your daily commute. It's a great way to save some money when you make the same journey more than three or four times a week.
Simply choose the two locations you travel between most, purchase a Season ticket, choose from 1 month to 1 year validity and get unlimited travel in both directions.

In need of some flexibility when commuting or travelling or just can't commit to the same departure time daily? A National Express Multiride ticket offers 10 single journeys between your two locations, valid for 3 months.
Buying a Multiride
Choose the two locations you travel between, we'll add them and provide you with a price by completing this simple form. To purchase your Multiride ticket pop into a National Express Coach Station or contact Customer Services. Phone lines are currently closed but you can still email or use social media to contact us.
Reserving a seat
Turn up and ride (subject to seat availability) on our services or book a specific service via our National Express Travelshops. Giving you the flexibility to travel exactly when you want on our scheduled network services.
Please note a booking fee will apply, via customer services an additional postage fee will apply.
