How you can keep your travel options open

We understand that during this time of uncertainty knowing when to travel can be hard. That's why we're offering you the following options when planning your next coach journey with us.

Our travel amendment policy

Ticket Amends

If you are due to travel on or before the 30 June 2020, or if your journey from July onwards has been cancelled due to changes to our network, you can amend your ticket to a different travel date any time in the next 12 months, there is no need to contact us straight away. Just complete our ticket amendment form and get in touch with us when you’re ready to travel.

Ticket Refunds

If we have cancelled your service you can make an amendment request using the process mentioned above. However, if you do not wish to amend your ticket to another date, we will fully refund you. Please complete our ticket refund request form and we will process your refund within 28 days. To find out more about which services we are currently operating, visit our Live Service Updates page.

Our Fully Flexible tickets

For travel at any time

For future bookings, we can also offer you a Fully Flexible ticket type when we start taking bookings again. This ticket type ensures complete peace of mind, as with Fully Flexible tickets you can:

  • Get a full refund and cancellation if you cannot travel
  • Make changes to your booking without a fee
  • Use a Coachcard or other discount with this fare
