If your Coachcard was valid on 10 January 2021, or if you purchased a Coachcard in January 2021, we have added a 6 month extension to your expiry date.
For example, if your Coachcard was due to expire on 1 November 2021 your new expiry date will be 1 May 2022.
You will just need to enter your new extended date into the expiry date field when booking a journey.
No further action is required. Coachcards will not be reissued with revised dates, simply book and travel with your current card.

Your Coachcard can take up to 7 days to be delivered and if it hasn't arrived 24 hours ahead of your planned journey, then call our Contact Centre.
Alternatively, give us a call and we will post your Coachcard out to you (£2.50 p&p will be added to your purchase) or purchase from one of our ticket outlets.
Creating a safe and comfortable journey for all our passengers is one of our main goals, which is why our coaches have a passenger lift at the front entrance of the coach. Our coaches also have onboard manual wheelchairs which are stowed in the luggage hold.
If you use a wheelchair, have reduced mobility or would like to arrange any type of assistance, please get in touch with our Contact Centre.
We recommend getting in touch at least 36 hours before you intend to travel with us (wherever possible). We can then discuss any assistance needs you have. The more information you can provide and the further in advance we can discuss it with you, the better prepared we will be to meet your needs when you travel with us. However, if you wish to book travel on the day or less than 36 hours in advance we will make all reasonable efforts to meet your needs for when you travel with us.

Our Disabled Coachcard is just £12.50 (plus £2.50 p&p) a year.
