When you arrive, our driver will help you to load your luggage onto the coach. Please note all luggage is subject to our Conditions of Carriage.
Two medium-sized suitcases or rucksacks and one small piece of soft hand luggage per adult travelling, free of charge. In this context, hand luggage means something that is capable of being stored safely in the overhead rack or beneath the seat. With the exception of brief cases, no hard-shelled cases, wheelie bags or hard-framed rucksacks/back packs will be allowed on board.

It's also important to make sure that your luggage does not contain any items that are, for customer safety, not allowed onboard.
Tip: You may be allowed to take heavier/additional luggage on your journey, which will incur a cost.
If you need to take extra luggage on your journey, this can be arranged when you arrive at the coach station, however we recommend booking in advance. Simply select the extra luggage option on the Add Extras page when booking your coach ticket.
How much luggage you'd like to take, and whether or not you'll need extra for both legs of your journey, will determine the price you pay.

We'd always advise booking your extra luggage in advance online, as you'll always pay the lowest possible price. If you arrange your extra luggage on the day you travel, you can pay your coach driver or the station staff directly.
If you're booking online for more than one person, our booking system will apply extra luggage fees for all passengers in your group. If only one person in your group needs to take extra luggage, we'd advise booking separately.
We accept lightweight manual wheelchairs for travel, subject to them being capable of being stowed in the coach's luggage hold. We regret that we are unable to accept manual wheelchairs that weigh more than 20kg.
Mobility scooters can also be stowed, but please check with our Disabled Persons' Travel Helpline on: 08717 71 71 79 before travelling. Calls cost 10p per minute (plus network charges).
We have a growing number of fully-accessible coaches. Pre-booking is required to ensure that the wheelchair type is capable of being fully and safely secured on the coach.
