Lost an Item

Our lost property team are on hand to try and help reunite you with your missing items. To help the team find your item as quickly as possible, we’ll need to know a few things to help us.

Please complete the below with as much detail as possible. Our coaches may be out on the road all day and even overnight before the vehicle and your lost item may be returned to the depot, so please bear with us, we will contact you with an update when and if we have one. If we have not made contact with you on the details provided, within 5 days our investigation will be closed. In all instances of loss, we recommend reporting the loss to your travel/home insurance provider and follow their guidance.

Once your form has been submitted our team will internally investigate with the depot responsible for running the service you travelled on and other relevant departments to try and establish the whereabouts of your item.

Please only report the details of your loss once, multiple entries may lead to a delay in the investigation.
