Upcoming disruptions

January

London to/from Stansted

Dates affected: 4-5 January, 11-12 January and 18-19 January

Due to planned closures, there will be no Stansted Express trains running during the above weekends.

Avoid travel issues and delays across London with coach travel directly to and from Stansted Airport right to the heart of the city.

Dates affected: 4-5 January, 11-12 January and 18-19 January

Planned engineering works will result in an East Coast Mainline service reduction with at least 1 hour expected to be added on to journeys, and many no longer being direct. 

Services impacted include London to and from Peterborough, Leeds, York, Newcastle, Hull, Bradford and Sunderland.

London King's Cross closure

Dates affected: 25-26 January

With London King's Cross closing over these weekend dates, the following train routes are scheduled to be greatly reduced or cancelled:

London to and from Peterborough, Leeds, York, Newcastle, Hull, Bradford and Sunderland.

Brighton to/from London, Gatwick & Heathrow

Dates affected: 18-19 January

London and airport train services will be greatly disrupted with a bus replacement between Three Bridges and Brighton for Thameslink customers. Southern Trains will be running but longer journey times and heavy congestion is expected.
