Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

March

London King's Cross disruption

Dates affected: 8, 15, 22 & 29 March

With engineering work taking place at London King's Cross over these dates, the following train routes are scheduled to be greatly affected:

London to and from Bradford, Sunderland, Peterborough, Hull, Newcastle, Leeds, Lincoln, Cambridge and routes into Scotland.

Avoid any further delays to your journey and travel from London to all of these destinations by coach. Simply book using the journey planner above and find convenient coach travel at a price that suits you.

London to/from Norwich, Ipswich & Clacton

Dates affected: Weekends until 18 April 2020

Due to track renewals and maintenance work between London Liverpool Street and Shenfield, mainline services to and from Norwich, Ipswich and Clacton will turn around at Shenfield.
