No - however we are looking to expand this capability in the near future.

How do I make a claim?

All claims are managed through our third party provider, Holiday Extras.

We recommend that you retain all documentation of your travel to ensure a smooth process should you need to make a claim, as these documents will be required.

Can I get a refund on my insurance?

Yes - however this must be processed within 14 days of the purchase date.

You are also unable to receive a refund or cancel your insurance once the policy has started or if you have claimed on the policy.

To cancel or receive a refund on your policy, please notify Holiday Extras within 14 days of receiving your policy schedule and return all your documents for a refund of your premium.

What if I’ve lost documents to support my claim?

Please ensure you retain as much information as possible regarding your trip, including invoices and evidence of purchases. These will be required as evidence if you need to make a claim.

If you require ticket information/reports to support an insurance claim, please liaise with our customer contact team via phone, email or post however due to high contact volumes, your request may take up to 10 days for a response.

How do I cancel my policy?

You have the right to cancel your insurance within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days your cancellations rights are no longer valid.

To cancel your policy, please notify Holiday Extras within 14 days of receiving your policy schedule and return all your documents for a refund of your premium.
This can be completed by contacting Holiday Extras Limited, Ashford Road, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent, CT21 4JF, or telephone 0800 171 000 / 020 8666 0645.

If during this 14 day period you have travelled, made a claim or intend to make a claim then we can recover all costs that you have used for those services.
