If you haven't booked online before, don't worry, the process is very simple. Just watch the video below or follow the 5 short steps underneath...

1 - Filling out our journey planner

On most of our webpages, you will find our journey planner at the top. Simply fill in the required fields, such as your 'Travel from' and 'Travel to' locations, whether you want a single or return ticket and the date(s) of your travel. When satisfied, click 'Find my journey'.

2 - Choosing your service

On the next page, you can choose which of our services are best for your timings, journey duration and price. Remember: the earlier in advance you book, the more you're likely to save. Once you have decided on your journey times, press 'Continue'.

3 - Choosing your fare

You will then have the option of choosing one of our three fare types. Restricted fares, which are not amendable and not refundable but are our cheapest option, Standard fares, which are amendable but not refundable and Fully flexible fares, which are both amendable and refundable. Choose the best option for you and press 'Continue' when ready.

4 - Adding extras

This is your chance to customise your journey. Here you can reserve a particular seat for your journey, purchase travel insurance, add any extra luggage you may need, make charitable donations and more. Once you're happy with your selections, you can review your booking on the Booking Summary section and choose a payment method.

5 - Making a payment and confirming your booking

Now you can log into My Account to finish your booking. If you don't have an account with us, you can sign up for free or continue as a guest. How to track your coach

You can track coaches any time using our Coach Tracker tool. Because we use satellite for our tracking, you can find out when your coach is due to arrive and if there are any disruptions, all in real-time. Here's a quick step-by-step guide to using it.

1 - Entering your information

Enter your start location and destination and click the green button to track. Or if you have your ticket number, you can enter this and your email to find your coach's information.

2 - Filtering services

Toggle between today's and tomorrow's journeys to find your coach. You can also filter your coach journey by service number on a new page, allowing you to view tracking information for that particular service number.

3 - Alerts & maps

If the alerts tab is highlighted, you can click and view any potential disruptions to your journey. You can also track your coach on a map by clicking the blue 'see map' button.

For a more detailed breakdown of how to use this system, please visit our track your coach webpage or click the button below to use Coach Tracker now.
