Terms and Conditions: London to Luton Airport Promotional Offer

1. Eligible Route & Fare Class: The £2.00 promotional base fare applies strictly to outbound one way travel on Standard Fares from London to Luton Airport, departing from Victoria Coach Station, Victoria Rail Station, Marble Arch, Baker Street, Paddington, St John’s Wood, Finchley Road, or Golders Green. Standalone inbound bookings (Luton Airport to London) do not qualify for the £2.00 promotional rate.

2. Optional Return Journeys (£12.00 Total Return Base Fare): Passengers purchasing an eligible £2.00 outbound fare may add an optional inbound return leg (Luton Airport to London) for a flat rate of £10.00 (total promotional return base fare; £12.00), provided both legs are booked simultaneously in a single transaction at least 14 days in advance.

3. Promotional & Travel Windows: Tickets are on sale online from 00:01 on 1 September 2026 until 23:59 on 31 October 2026 inclusive (or until the 10,000 promotional seat cap is reached). Valid for travel from 15 September 2026 onwards. All bookings (including optional return legs) must be completed by 10 December 2026. All bookings must be completed at least 14 days in advance of your travel date.

4. Group Limits & Stacking Restrictions: Restricted to a maximum of 4 promotional passengers per booking transaction. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional fare, discount code, or Coachcard (including Senior, Young Person, and Disabled Coachcards). Standard £1.50 booking fees are waived for all customers on eligible campaign bookings; no additional booking fee discount applies for My Account holders.

5. Redemption Channels: Valid strictly for online bookings made via the dedicated campaign link at nationalexpress.com or via the National Express App using promotional code LUTON2. The promotional code must be applied prior to completing the transaction. Promotional rates and fee waivers cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings completed without code LUTON2. This offer is unavailable via Coach Stations, Contact Centres, Ticket Machines, or onboard driver purchases.

6. Availability & Seat Quotas: Subject to an overall campaign allocation of 10,000 promotional seats. Promotional seat allocations vary by route, day, and departure time, and are strictly subject to capacity. Promotional seats may be limited or unavailable on peak services, weekends, or public holidays.

7. Amendments & Cancellations: Promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation. If a promotional ticket is amended to a new date, time, or route, the £2.00 promotional discount (and/or £10.00 return pairing) will be forfeited. 8. Exclusions: Offer excludes optional add-on services, including travel insurance, seat reservations, and postal delivery charges.

9. General Conditions: Tickets are non-transferable and hold no cash alternative. National Express reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time prior to booking. Any such variation will not affect bookings already confirmed and issued prior to the date of variation or withdrawal. All travel is subject to National Express General Conditions of Carriage.

10. Data Protection & Privacy: Any personal data collected during the booking of this promotional offer will be processed in accordance with the National Express Privacy Policy (available at nationalexpress.com/privacy). Personal data will be used solely for the administration of your booking, passenger carriage, and campaign verification.
