Winter isn't quite over yet with snowy weather due to hit the UK over the next few days.
Please remember to wrap up warm with extra layers, bring food and drink for long journey's and don't forget to charge your mobile phone before you travel.
If your journey has been cancelled as a result of the recent severe weather conditions across the UK, please rest assured we will do our best for you. We will offer you a free amendment to another date of travel or a full refund, which will be honoured past the date of travel so you do not need to get in contact with us straight away.
Please note that If your journey has not been cancelled normal terms and conditions will apply.
You can also book tickets, make an enquiry or provide feedback on our services on our Website, at a Coach Station Travel Shop or a 3rd Party Agent. Click here for a full list of outlets.
We are working hard to get back to our normal response times and thank you for your patience at this very busy time.
The National Express Coach Tracker allows you to track your coach, in real time, as it journeys across the UK. The Tracker is updated via satellite, meaning that you can check for an earlier or later departure and get updates on the status of your journey as it happens.
No matter how prepared you (or we) are, sometimes coach journeys are delayed due to disruptions.
Our travel disruption Twitter account makes sure that you're always kept up-to-date with the status of our services, in case you need to change your plans. Alternatively get in touch via our contact us page:
We also keep our customers updated on major rail disruption - take a look at our rail disruption page for more information.
You can purchase tickets to hundreds of UK and European destinations using the journey planner on our homepage.
Book your seats at least three days in advance and travel anywhere in the UK (including airports) in a group of four to nine adults and save 25% on our Standard fares.
