At this time we have received a significant increase in contacts due to rail disruption, ongoing industrial action across the UK rail network and peak travel demand during the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

As a result, it is currently taking us longer than normal to respond to customers and we are very sorry for the delay in responding to you.

In light of current circumstances and in an effort to offer a more prompt resolution to you, we would like to offer you two complimentary journey voucher codes for use on a future National Express UK coach journey.

To accept the voucher codes as a full complaint resolution offer, please select the “Redeem two complimentary vouchers” option below. Once your complaint has been verified, via your ticket number and incident details, we will send out your journey voucher codes within 72 hours to either your email address or via SMS to your mobile phone.

If you don’t wish to accept the voucher journey codes as a complaint resolution offer then please select “Continue with a full complaint response” Our team will aim to get back to you within 20 working days from the date you first made contact with us.
