Once these are verified, we’ll send a ticket for travel to your email address within 1 hour. Please note that our customer service team's opening hours are 08.00 - 20.00, 7 days a week.

 

You will be requested to demonstrate eligibility for free travel by providing a copy of the following documents for each passenger: 

  • Travel itinerary, showing the original booked arrival airport
  • Boarding pass, showing the flight and airport they have arrived into
