By answering “Yes”, you agree to receive offers and news from National Express to the email address you supplied when entering the competition. You can change your mind at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link in our marketing emails.
By answering "No", you will be removed from all future marketing material from National Express Limited. Please allow up to one week from the date of entering the competition for this change to be made.
This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of National Express and group companies, their families and agents.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
All entries must be submitted via and only one entry per person is permitted.
The competition runs from 1 February 2019 and closes at midnight on 10 February 2019.
A winner will be chosen at random from a computer draw that will take place on 11 February 2019.
The winner will receive a cash prize of £250 plus free return coach travel on any National Express service in the UK for up to four passengers.
The £250 cash prize will be paid by bank transfer or cheque made payable to the winner.
The travel element of the prize will be on the National Express Coach UK network (excluding N/Ireland) and must be redeemed between 11 February 2019 and 30 March 2019. All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express’ General Conditions of Carriage.
The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) by 12 February. If a winner does not respond to National Express within five days of being notified, the winner's prize will be forfeited and National Express will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative to the travel vouchers is offered.
The decision of National Express regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to us obtaining appropriate consent from the data subject, the winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to competitions@nationalexpress.com within seven days from the closing date of the prize draw.
By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
National Express reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as it is permitted by law, National Express, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of National Express, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied by you during the course of this prize draw will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
