Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

The promoter of the prize draw is National Express Limited of National Express House Birmingham Coach Station, Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham, England B5 6DD (“National Express”).
This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of National Express and its group companies, their families and agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
All entries must be submitted via https://www.nationalexpress.com/en/offers/partners/sidemen-charity-match-prize-draw and only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize draw runs from Monday 10 February 2025 and closes at midnight on Sunday 16 February 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be valid.
The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Monday 17 February 2025.
The winner will receive a prize of:
1. two (2) matchday tickets for The Sidemen Charity match at Wembley Stadium Saturday 8 March 2025.
2. free return coach travel on any National Express scheduled UK coach service to The Sidemen Charity match at Wembley Stadium for two (2) passengers.
The travel element of the prize will be on the National Express scheduled UK coach network (excluding Northern Ireland) and is subject to availability. A booking for the travel element of the prize must be made before Saturday 8 March 2025. All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express’ General Conditions of Carriage available at https://www.nationalexpress.com/en/help/conditions-of-carriage.
The winner will be notified by the email entered on the prize draw form using the details provided by the entrant at the time of entry by midnight on Monday 17 February 2025.
If the winner does not respond to National Express within five (5) days of being notified by email, the winner's prize will be forfeited and National Express will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize will be sent to the winner by email. Upon request, the winner will therefore need to provide National Express with an email address to which the winner would like the prize to be emailed.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
National Express reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond National Express’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of National Express regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
National Express must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, National Express will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails megan.wood@nationalexpress.com or writes to National Express at National Express House, Birmingham Coach Station, Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham, England B5 6DD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please notify jack.benton@nationalexpress.com. In such circumstances, National Express must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. National Express reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
National Express reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as it is permitted by law, National Express, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of National Express, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied by you during the course of this prize draw will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.nationalexpress.com/en/help/privacy-centre/competition-entrants. See also condition 16 with regard to the announcement of winners.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
National Express reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, National Express may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
National Express reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
