Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

Direct coach travel to the airport door

Take a National Express coach to the airport and we'll drop you at the airport door – there’s no hassle getting you and your luggage into the airport. We operate a national network of scheduled coach services, running 24 hours a day to some airports, so whatever time you're flying we can take you to the terminal door on time and in comfort.

Heathrow Airport transfers

If you're travelling to London Heathrow Airport from any part of the UK, we run hundreds of services each day, right to the heart of the airport.

Terminal 2 (the Queen’s Terminal) & Terminal 3

Our coach services arrive and depart from the Central Bus Station which is only a 5 minute walk from the terminal buildings via the lift, escalators and travellators.

Terminal 4

Our coach services use stops 13 and 14 right outside the terminal building at arrivals level. Free transfers to the Central Bus Station & Terminal 5 can be made at stop 7 outside arrivals.

Terminal 5

Our coach services use stops 13-16 right outside the terminal building.

  • Stands 14 & 15 - all 200, 201, 202, 203, 205, 210, 222, 230, 240 services to the North or West.
  • Stand 16 - All services to Gatwick airport and Brighton.

Gatwick Airport transfers

We run hundreds of services each day to and from London Gatwick, so whichever part of the UK you’re travelling from, you can arrive on time, stress free.

North Terminal

Coach services arrive and depart from the lower level, outside International Arrivals. Find the ticket office inside the terminal at International Arrivals. Transit train is on the upper level and connects with the south terminal.

South Terminal

Coaches arrive and depart from the lower forecourt at stops 1 to 5. Escalators, lifts, ramps and travellators make it easy to get between the forecourt and the terminal. Ticket offices are in Arrivals and the lower forecourt area.

All other airports

Getting to the airport in time to take off is easy when you go by coach. We operate a national network of scheduled services to and from the terminal door of many airports across the UK.

As well as running frequent services to and from the big four London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted), we also provide a choice of regional airports:

Luggage

You can bring one large suitcase or rucksack each measuring no more than 75cm x50cm x32cm and weighing no more than 20 kg, plus one small piece of hand luggage per person.

Check-in

To ensure you don't miss your flight we advise leaving a minimum of 3 hours between your coach arrival time and the flight check-in time.
