Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

Departing from Heathrow Airport

Our coaches travel between Heathrow Airport and Luton Airport up to 13 times per day. While you're waiting for your coach, Heathrow Airport has many great facilities for you to enjoy.

Facilities near to the stop include a wide assortment of cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as rest areas, toilet facilities, cash machines and ticket machines.

Arrival and Departure information: 

Terminal 2 & 3: Coaches arrive and depart from the Heathrow Central Bus Station.

Terminal 4: Coaches arrive and depart outside of Heathrow Terminal 4 (Currently closed).

Terminal 5: Coaches arrive and depart outside of Heathrow Terminal 5.

Arriving at Luton Airport

To ensure a stress-free travel experience we recommend you get to the airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
