Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

Departing from Cardiff

Cardiff Coach Station, at Sophia Gardens, is just a 15-minute stroll through the city centre from Cardiff Rail Station.

It is easy to reach via the city's bus links, and is also served by a dedicated taxi rank.

The station is close to all city centre shops and amenities, so there's no shortage of ways to help pass the time while you wait for your coach.

Arriving at Gatwick Airport

To ensure a stress-free travel experience we recommend you get to the airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.

Gatwick Airport has a wide range of fantastic facilities to keep you entertained between trips.

Less than five minutes from the terminal, you'll find newsagents, restaurants, and other shops including coffee shops, clothing, entertainment for the kids and much more.

You can take two 20kg suitcases and one item of hand luggage per adult on our coaches. However, be sure to check your flight luggage allowance with your airline before your pack.
