So, if you’re thinking about your next big adventure, check out a little bit about Sheffield below and see what you could be enjoying in just a comfy coach ride’s time…

About Sheffield

The Steel City, named so for its production of the metal during the Industrial Revolution, has a great mix of history and modern culture.

Discover the entire story of Sheffield at Weston Park Museum, with events and exhibitions for the whole family. Or why not visit the Millennium Gallery and take a look at some of the best art Yorkshire has to offer? You’ll find plenty of Sheffield’s unique metalwork, as well as the fantastic indoor Winter Garden.

Sheffield is also a hotspot for student life. Its thriving music scene has produced massive bands like Arctic Monkeys and Bring Me the Horizon, and there’s also brilliant independent shopping and eateries to sink your teeth into too.

Don’t miss a walk down Division Street for a bargain and some of the best coffee in the city. Then refuel for your trip home with a little exploring in Kommune, the home of amazing street food, incredible baking and even a mini-library!
