For customers travelling through VCS and unable to take certain items on the coach. Our Luggage Storage facility is here to help. Designed for convenience and peace of mind, the service provides a safe place to store items.
Located inside the Ticket Office, the facility is open seven days a week:
Sunday–Saturday, 08:00–22:00*
(Please note: on Thursdays, the service closes at 20:00)
Our dedicated team provides reliable temporary storage for up to one calendar month, with fees starting at £2 per item, regardless of size.
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all customers and staff. Therefore, for safety and regulatory reasons, Luggage Storage cannot accept items from the following categories:
