Need help finding your stop?

Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).


Updated opening hours

Please note in line with Government Health advice to increase social distancing to combat Coronavirus we have removed staff from all but the following stations:

  • London Victoria Coach Station
  • Stansted (Reduced Team)
  • Heathrow Central Bus Station

Coaches will still serve other Stops/Stations on our network as scheduled however staff will not be available to assist. Customers will also not be able to receive the following services at any other Stations:

  • Ticket Purchases
  • Ticket/Coachcard Collection

We've moved temporarily

Due to the the Broadmarsh regeneration works, Nottingham's Broadmarsh Bus Station temporarily relocated to Station Street (next to Nottingham Train Station) in 2017.

The new bus station is expected to open towards the end of 2020.

Ticket office: 0700-1900 - 7 days a week

Ticket machines available: Not available

It's always important to arrive early before travelling, so be sure to arrive 10 minutes before your coach is due to depart.

How to get there

The new Station Street coach stops are located a short walk from Broadmarsh Bus Station - It should't take you any longer than six minutes to get there. The new ticket office is also located on Station Street along the walking route, shown below.
