Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

  • To continue with your reservation, please select 'Pay with Card'. Please note, you will not be charged for this service and you will not be required to enter your card details to complete this booking.
  • Enter your name and email address to receive your e-ticket via email.

  1. Only valid for students travelling to an Applicant Taster Day at Birmingham City University.
  2. Redeemable from any location to Birmingham Coach Station.
  3. Valid for students travelling to the applicant taster day on Wednesday 22 May 2024.
  4. Only valid for one visitor plus one guest
  5. Must book a minimum of 2 days prior to travelling.
  6. Only valid on Restricted or Standard tickets types
  7. Any extras such as luggage or seat reservations are not included in the discount. If required, you will need to add these to the booking and pay for them by card on the payment screen.
