- This Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who are enrolled at a university in the United Kingdom and who have a valid ‘.ac.uk’ email address, except for employees of National Express and its group companies, their families and agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this Promotion.
- The Promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- The Promotion allows one qualifying customer one qualifying free journey with National Express.
- To make use of the Promotion, visit the nationalexpress.com/dig-in webpage and make a booking with National Express using the unique free travel code which appears on one of our leaflets which advertises the Promotion. The National Express website can be accessed via your internet browser or by scanning the QR code which appears on leaflets advertising the Promotion.
- There is a limit of one Promotion entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person and/or by the same person using multiple email addresses will not be accepted.
- The Promotion runs from 00:01 hours on Monday 1 September 2025 until 23:59 hours on Sunday 21 December 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Bookings made pursuant to the Promotion will only be valid for travel which is:
- taken between 00:01 hours on Monday 1 September 2025 and 23:59 hours on Sunday 21 December 2025; and
- which is booked at least 72 hours in advance of travel.
- The Promotion will not be valid and will not continue after the Closing Date.
- The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Promotion excludes and will not be valid in respect of:
- Open return tickets;
- Fully flexible fares;
- European, Festival & Events, third party and special services; or
- Tickets where accommodation or admission are included as part of the overall fare
- All tickets are subject to availability, and are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express’ General Conditions of Carriage.
- The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promotion may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
- National Express reserves the right to replace the Promotion with an alternative offer of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond National Express’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of National Express regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. National Express reserves the right to refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- National Express reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, National Express, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of National Express, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied by you during the course of this Promotion will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any issues arising out of the same shall be governed by the courts of England and Wales.
- National Express reserves to deny you access to its services if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, National Express may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.
