We occasionally display customer reviews on our website. All reviews shown on our site are reviews obtained from Trustpilot. Trustpilot reviews are generated either through a request for a review sent by National Express or by a customer off their own violition. See Trustpilot’s Trust Centre for more information.
All of our Trustpilot reviews shown on our website are reviews obtained from Trustpilot either organically or by invitation after purchasing a ticket or travelling on one of our services.
We occasionally work with influencers to promote National Express services and products. We will disclose when a review that has been published on our website has been prepared by an influencer by marking this with the hashtag “#ad”
