Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

Departing from Heathrow Airport

Heathrow Airport is packed with facilities to pass the time before boarding your coach.

Facilities near to the stop include a wide assortment of cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as rest areas, toilet facilities, cash machines, ticket machines and more.

Arrival and Departure information:

Terminal 2 & 3: Coaches arrive and depart from the Heathrow Central Bus Station.

Terminal 4: Coaches arrive and depart outside of Heathrow Terminal 4 (currently closed)

Terminal 5: Coaches arrive and depart outside of Heathrow Terminal 5.

Arriving at Oxford Bus Station

Once you've arrived in Oxford you'll be keen to get out and about but there are plenty of facilities to help recharge your batteries before you set off again. Oxford Bus Station features a coffee shop, newsagents and more so you can stay on top form.
