The Coach Station is close to lots of facilities, including: cafes and supermarkets on nearby Cannon Street and St James Barton Roundabout, all within a 5-minute walk of the coach station. City-wide bus services arrive at the station around-the-clock, and a dedicated taxi rank is also nearby.

A taxi rank is directly outside the station, along with a bus stop, which is served by many routes into the city centre. New Street Rail Station is just a 10-minute walk away through the city centre.
