On the 1st February 2020 the staff concessionary scheme has been updated and now you can book your discounted travel on the National Express website following these simple steps:
Enter your journey details into the Journey Planner on this page.
Add your voucher code on the 'Your Details' page which can be found just after the address section.
Your discount will be applied to your journey and you will be able to see this in your booking summary.
Coach/Partner Ops/Group: firstname.lastname@example.org
Friends and Family concession queries:email@example.com
Friends and Family queries must only be raised by National Express employees. All non-employees should contact the staff member they received their discount code from.
Partner agents: firstname.lastname@example.org
Responses to emailed enquiries to new pass numbers may take up to 14 days whilst the new processes are fully implemented.
