Step 1 - Take the coach from your arrival airport to Coventry with our discounted pricing
Our latest offer for University of Warwick students means it's never been easier to get from the airport terminal to Coventry. You can travel worry-free with comfortable coach travel and a generous luggage allowance. Our drivers will even help you load them onto the coach!

Step 2 – Onward Travel from Coventry Pool Meadow Coach Station to the University of Warwick
Onward travel to campus or off-campus accommodation can be facilitated by taxi or bus. Please visit the International Arrivals page for further information.
Friendly University of Warwick Welcome Helpers will be on hand to assist with your onward travel requirements between 10:00 and 17:30 each day during the 4-day arrivals period (24th-27th September).
Only valid for travel from Birmingham Airport, Bristol Airport, London Gatwick, London
Heathrow, London Luton Airport, London Stansted Airport, and Manchester Airport to Coventry Pool Meadow Bus Station if available.
Only valid for travel from 1 September until 1 November 2026 inclusive
Only valid for students arriving in the UK who will be starting a course at the University of Warwick in 2026.
Must book a minimum of 3 days prior to travelling.
Tickets are valid on Standard and Fully Flexible Fare types.
If a ticket is amended an amendment fee may apply.
Any extras such as luggage or seat reservations are not included in the discount. If required, you will need to add these to the booking and pay for them by card on the payment screen. The National Express luggage allowance is;
1. You may store luggage in the hold of the coach, free of charge, 1 large suitcase or rucksack each measuring no more than 75cmx50cmx32cm and weighing no more than 20 kg.
2. Subject to availability only - 2 medium suitcases may be carried each measuring no more than 70cm x 45cm x 30cm and weighing no more than 20kg, free of charge, instead of 1 large suitcase.
All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage.
