Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

Pick ups and drop offs

With Heathrow Airport having four terminals, we pick up from a range of points and terminals to make it easier for you. Check which terminal you are flying out of, or arriving into, and use the closest stop to you:

Terminals 2 and 3 - Our coach services arrive and depart from the Central Bus Station which is only a 5 minute walk from the terminal buildings via the lift, escalators and travelators. All coaches depart from stands 7-17.

Terminal 4 - Our coach services use stops right outside the terminal building at arrivals level. Free transfers to the Central Bus Station and Terminal 5 can be made at stop 7 outside arrivals. Coaches can be found on stands 12-14.

Terminal 5 - Our coach services use stops 13-15 right outside the terminal building at arrivals level. Also available:

  • Reading RailAir and NX Woking 701 services depart from stand 9.
  • Oxford Airline services depart from Stand 10.
  • Gatwick and Brighton bound services depart from Stand 11 and 12.
  • All other coaches departures leave from stand 13-15.

Luggage

We can carry two medium-sized suitcases, weighing up to 20kg each, plus one small piece of hand luggage per person.
