All you need to do redeem this offer is follow the two simple steps below...
- Choose your trip in the blue journey planner above and enter the number of passengers
- Enter the unique voucher code given to you on the Defence Discount Service website on our checkout page and pay by card, or you can use Paypal or Amazon Pay. Your discount will then be confirmed and deducted automatically.
This discount applies to one adult ticket and you must show your valid Privilege Card to the driver (for verification purposes only) to validate the 30% off discount. Please note, this is only available for National Express services and excludes third party services.
Discounted fares are only available to Privilege Card holders.
A valid British Military ID must be presented to the driver with your eTicket to validate your ticket for travel. Failure to present a valid ID to the driver will invalidate your discounted ticket.
The discount is applied by entering a unique voucher code on the National Express checkout page – voucher codes must be obtained from www.defencediscountservice.co.uk and can only be used once.

Discount not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.
