The discount applies exclusively to travel between 6th November 2026 to 14th December 2026 inclusive (“Travel Window”).
The discount applies to a maximum of four (4) fare paying passengers (Adult and/or Child) per booking transaction.
Promotional fares are bookable from 10:00 GMT on 3rd November 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 5th November 2026 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
Bookings must be made at least 72 consecutive hours prior to the scheduled outbound departure time. For return bookings, the discount applies to the total base return fare provided that both the outbound and return journeys are completed within the Travel Window.
All bookings and promotional fares are strictly subject to seat availability on selected services and departures. Availability is limited and fares may not be available on peak travel dates or all scheduled routes.
The discount can only be redeemed at nationalexpress.com or via the National Express App. It is not valid for bookings made via National Express Coach Stations, ticket machines, partner travel agencies, third party booking platforms, the Contact Centre or on board National Express coaches.
The discount strictly excludes: (a) journeys departing from or arriving at any UK airport; (b) European routes; (c) dedicated Festival and Event services; (d) services operated by third-party partner carriers; (e) non-scheduled or temporary special services (f) open return tickets; and (g) package bookings, hotel combinations, or tickets bundled with event admission or third-party attractions.
Promotional fares are non-refundable. If a discounted booking is amended, the promotional discount will be forfeited. The passenger must pay the difference between the discounted fare originally paid and the standard prevailing fare at the time of amendment, plus any applicable amendment fees set out in the Conditions of Carriage.
This promotion cannot be used with National Express Coachcards, concessionary fares, student discounts, promotional partner codes or in conjunction with any other discounted offers or vouchers.
