Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to travel without being accompanied throughout the journey by a responsible person aged 16 years or over.
Children aged 14 - 15 years old may travel unaccompanied, as from 5am, arriving at their booked destination no later than 10pm. Unaccompanied children will be asked for proof of age or a signed letter of permission from their parent/guardian. (sms or chat based messages are not permissible)

One infant aged 0-2 travels free when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as 'Children (3-15).

Prices shown include your coachcard discount, your coachcard number will be required during the booking process

How to book your ticket for travel today

Welcome aboard. Follow these simple steps to book your ticket.

1. Use our journey planner

  • Connect to our free onboard Wi-Fi for a seamless booking experience.
  • Enter your starting point and where you're travelling to, along with the current date and time of your journey and the number of passengers travelling.
  • Select ‘find your journey’.


2. Select your coach service

  • Choose your preferred coach service from the available options.
  • Note: Bookings cannot be made within 10 minutes of departure (please read the information below).


3. Choose your ticket type

  • Select your ticket type from the options provided and click 'Continue.'


4. Complete your booking

  • Enter your details and payment information as prompted.
  • Upon confirmation, you will receive your ticket via email.


Your booking is now complete, please enjoy your journey!

 

Booking within 10 minutes of departure

It isn’t possible to book tickets online for coach services that are scheduled to depart within the next 10 minutes. However, if our Driver confirms there are still seats available on board, please:

  • Follow step one from the booking process above.
  • Select a ticket for a later coach service on the same day, or the following day if you are booking late in the day.
  • Complete steps three and four from the booking process above.

Useful hints & tips

Please keep the following in mind while booking your ticket:

  • You can utilise our free onboard Wi-Fi for a smooth booking process.
  • In case of signal issues, find a seat and retry when you regain signal.
  • Avoid purchasing a seat reservation when booking on-board as they are not guaranteed.
  • Your driver will check your ticket upon disembarking or at the next stop.
