Bus pass and city transfer

The ticket will be valid on your date of departure and is redeemable by displaying your National Express coach ticket (which will have the bus pass listed) to the driver when you board any local National Express bus.

Please note, children aged 5 and under are entitled to travel free on our local bus network when travelling with a responsible fare paying adult.

Senior and disabled passengers with a valid ENCTS pass are entitled to travel for free after 9:30am Monday - Friday, and all day on weekends and Bank Holidays.

If insurance is added to your journey, this will not include the local bus journeys.

Coachcard discounts are not available with the 1 day bus ticket.

The free transfer is only valid for a single journey to the city centre stops in Park Street, Moor St Queensway and Carrs Lane.

The free transfer is only valid during the hours of operation of the bus service.
