This Christmas, we’re spreading festive cheer across the National Express coach network.
This year we are feeling more festive than ever before and to celebrate, we are offering anybody named Carol and Noel free one-way travel on Christmas Day.
Whether you’re dashing through the country to visit loved ones, heading home for Christmas dinner, or starting your festive holiday adventure, we’re here to make your journey extra merry. So sit back, relax and let us do the driving!
All bookings for the offer must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with the last day for bookings on 18th December 2025.

Fill in the "travel from" and "travel to" fields, select the date of your journey and the number of passengers, and then select the "Find my journey" button to see what services are available.
Come back to this webpage and fill in the form below with your information and preferred journey details.
After submitting the form, we’ll email you and ask you to reply and attach a form of photo ID. Once this has been submitted, our team will verify the details submitted and if successful will send a ticket for travel to your email address within 24 hours. Please note that our customer service team opening hours are 08.00 - 18.00, 7 days a week.
- Free travel to anyone whose first name is Carol or Noel on Christmas Day
- Free travel applies to Standard single one-way travel (including airports) on 25th December 2025 only
- This offer is available on all National Express Coach services in the United Kingdom, subject to availability
- A reservation for free travel is required by booking at least seven (7) days in advance by completing this webform.
- This offer is only available through National Express Customer Services by completing the webform in advance. The offer is not available to book via coach drivers, coach station ticket offices, quick issue ticket machines or via third party retailers
- Customers who have not contacted National Express Customer Services in advance of travel will be denied boarding
- This offer can change or be removed at any time
- No booking fees apply
- The ticket, once booked is non transferable
- A maximum of one ticket per person only
- Standard luggage allowance is included per customer. Additional products such as seat reservations or extra luggage must be paid for
- All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage, available online and at all National Express outlets
