Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of the prize draw is Touromo of National Express House Birmingham Coach Station, Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham, England B5 6DD (“National Express Leisure Limited”).
2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of National Express, Touromo and its group companies, their families and agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. To enter the prize draw:
   
   a) Reply with an appropriate comment to a post relating to this prize draw that is posted on the Touromo official Facebook page, available here: https://www.facebook.com/Touromo by the Closing Date.
   
   
5. There is a limit of one prize draw entry per person by Facebook. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint entries are not permitted.
   
6. The prize draw runs from 8 March 2023 and closes at midnight on 13 March 2023 (the “Closing Date”).  Entries received after this time will not be valid.
7. The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process on 15 March 2023.
8. The winner will receive a prize of:
   a) A free package coach holiday fortwo people costing up to £1,200 in total. If the booking total exceeds £1,200,the outstanding balance will be payable by the winner. If the booking total isless than £1,200, the remaining balance will be lost.
9. The travel element of the prize excludes European holidays, Airtours and Cruises.
10. The winner will be notified by private message sent to the relevant social media platform using the details provided by the entrant at the time of entry by midnight on XXX 2023.
11. If the winner does not respond to Touromo within five (5) days of being notified by private message on the relevant social media platform, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Touromo will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. The prize will be sent to the winner by email.  Upon request, the winner will therefore need to provide Touromo with an email address to which the winner would like the prize to be emailed.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Travel insurance is not included.
14. Touromo reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Touromo's control makes it necessary to do so.
15. The decision of Touromo regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. Touromo must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.  To comply with this obligation, Touromo will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails or writes to Touromo at National Express House, Birmingham Coach Station, Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham, England B5 6DD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the Closing Date.
    
    If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please notify bethaney.smith@nationalexpress.com.  In such circumstances, National Express must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
17. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Touromo reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
18. Touromo reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. Insofar as it is permitted by law, Touromo, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of National Express, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. Personal data supplied by you during the course of this prize draw will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.nationalexpress.com/en/help/privacy-centre/competition-entrants. See also condition 16 with regard to the announcement of winners.
21. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries and incomplete entries will be disregarded.
23. Touromor reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
24. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Touromo may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
25. Touromo reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
