Coach travel from the airport to Coventry
Our partnership with Coventry University means travelling from the airport is easy! Board your coach at Heathrow Airport and travel directly to the centre of Coventry for free between 1 September - 3 October 2026.
How to redeem this offer:
Select your desired pick up location and date of travel using the above journey planner.
Choose the time you would like to travel. You will need to leave plenty of time between when you land and your coach's departure time.
Choose your ticket type. We recommend that you select the ‘fully flexible’ ticket so that you can make changes to your booking without paying a fee as long as it is before the time of departure.
To continue with your reservation, please select 'Pay with Card'. Please note, you will not be charged for this service and you will not be required to enter your card details to complete this booking.
Enter your name and email address to receive your e-ticket via email.
If you have any additional passengers travelling with you, please book their tickets at www.nationalexpress.com. Please note that charges will apply according to National Express travel rates.
If, when you arrive at Coventry, there are no student ambassadors available please use Coventry University's WayFinder website for directions to your accommodation.

Travel between 1 September and 3 October 2026 inclusive only to receive travel paid for by your university.
Only valid for travel from Heathrow Coach Stations to Coventry Pool Meadow Bus Station or London Victoria
Only valid for students arriving in the UK who will be starting a course at Coventry University.
Must book a minimum of 2 days prior to travelling.
Tickets are valid on Standard and Fully Flexible Fare types.
If a ticket is amended an amendment fee may apply.
Any extras such as luggage or seat reservations are not included in the discount. If required, you will need to add these to the booking and pay for them by card on the payment screen. The National Express luggage allowance is
1. You may store luggage in the hold of the coach, free of charge, 1 large suitcase or rucksack each measuring no more than 75cmx50cmx32cm and weighing no more than 20 kg.
2.Subject to availability only - 2 medium suitcases may be carried each measuring no more than 70cm x 45cm x 30cm and weighing no more than 20kg, free of charge, instead of 1 large suitcase.
All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage.
