Storm Goretti Service information

The Met Office have issued a weather warning due to wintry weather conditions across parts of the UK. As a result we have cancelled some of our services on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th of January, please see below for further details.

  • If your journey has not been cancelled please allow more time as there may be delays due to the conditions. You can stay up to date before you travel by using our Coach Tracker and follow us on X@nxupdates. And you can keep up to date with the daily weather forecast through the Met Office.

104 | Penzance - London
08:00 
- Service will start from Plymouth. 

210 | Wolverhampton to Gatwick
2:10, 4:05 - 
Service will start at Birmingham.
Bearwood, Dudley and Wolverhampton will not be served.

409 | Aberystwyth via all stops via Birmingham to London
08:40
- Service will start in Birmingham.

409 | London - Birmingham - all stops to Aberystwyth
11:00
- Service from London will terminate at Birmingham and not serve stops beyond.

445 | Hereford via Gloucester/Cheltenham - London
11:20 - Service will start in Gloucester.

445 | London - Cheltenham - Gloucester - Hereford 
15:30, 18:00, 21:00 - Service from London will terminate in Gloucester.
Corse (for Staunton), Ledbury, Newent, Ross-on-wye and Hereford will not be served.

504 | Penzance - London
08:00 
- Service will start from Plymouth. 

504 | Penzance - London
4:45 - Service will start from Plymouth.

If you are due to travel on any of the cancelled services listed above and your booked journey has been affected, you are entitled to a refund.

  • If you hold a Fully Flexible ticket, this can be cancelled and refunded through My Account.
  • For Restricted & Standard tickets please complete our Refund Request Form.

Once you request a refund, your ticket will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to travel with it. If you purchased your ticket via nationalexpress.com and you are eligible for a refund, we will process this within the next 10 days.

If you have purchased your ticket from a 3rd party agent, our Customer Service Team will contact you in relation to your refund in the next 10 days. Please ensure you provide your telephone number.

Please note, if your travel is not affected by the adverse weather conditions, your existing ticket fare conditions will apply.

As long as you have a Standard or Fully Flexible ticket, you can select a new travel date or time for your existing ticket in seconds when you log into My Account. (Tip: if you’re not sure about your ticket type, you can find it on your e-Ticket).
