⏱️ Expected Delays We are expecting delays of up to 90 minutes from 9pm on Friday 23 October until 6am on Monday 26 October on the following services. Please allow more time for your journey.
Services affected: 032, 035, and 160
Stops affected: Basingstoke, Southampton, Southampton University, Ringwood, Bournemouth, Westbourne, Branksome, Parkstone, Poole, Dorchester, and Weymouth.
🛑 Winchester Stop Closure Due to bridge demolition on the M3, the Winchester stop will be fully suspended on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October.
Alternative stops: Please use Southampton or Southampton University.
🎟️ Amending your ticket If you have a Standard or Flexible ticket you can amend your ticket with My Account. If you don’t already have an account you can sign up with the email you used to purchase your ticket. If you have a Restricted ticket please and would like to amend it, please contact us.

Ticket amendments
Change of plans? Need to travel at a different time? That’s where My Account can help.
As long as you have a Standard or Fully Flexible ticket, you can select a new travel date or time for your existing ticket in seconds when you log into My Account. (Tip: if you’re not sure about your ticket type, you can find it on your e-Ticket).
