Ideal Home Show Scotland, Glasgow SECC

Featuring hundreds of exhibitors and packed with celebrity guests, this year's Ideal Home Show Scotland is set to the largest and most lavish yet staged.

The 2007 event has confirmed the presence of 250 exhibitors, selling everything from entertainment systems, tree houses, designer furniture, innovative DIY tool and kitchen gizmos are heavily discounted prices.

Meanwhile, Channel 5's House Doctor Ann Maurice, interior designer of ITV's 60 Minute Make-over John Amabile, John Quigley, chef to the stars and owner of Glasgow's Red Onion and Lynn Harris, gardener from BBC Scotland's Beechgrove Garden, will all be on hand chairing workshops and offering invaluable advice on their areas of speciality.

Entertainment will be on offer at the show in the form of live appearances from Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus and a specially staged version of Family Fortunes hosted by Robin and Cat from Real Radio's Breakfast Show.
