Using your coachcard couldn't be easier
Once you have bought your coachcard, getting discounted tickets is easy. Simply book your ticket online in the normal way, remembering to tick the box 'I have a coachcard'. You can also use your coachcard to book at your local outlet or by calling our Customer Services team on 08717 81 81 78 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras). We'll book your journey and automatically give you the discounted fare. Just remember to show your Coachcard AND your ticket when you board the coach
Things you should know
1. Provided the card has not expired, bears the holder's name and signature and is properly used, the card entitles the holder only to travel at the current discount fare on National Express Coach services in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Certain inclusive packages, special offers, Funfares and Apex fares are excluded.
2. The card entitles the named holder, or someone acting on his/her behalf, to purchase travel tickets for use by the named holder only at the discount fare.
3. The card is not refundable. National Express reserve the right to invalidate the card of any cardholder who is deemed to be misusing it.
4. A valid card is required for each leg of the journey being made. If a card expires between the outward and return dates, the return journey will not be eligible for the discount fare.
5.Always carry your card and proof of age when travelling, you may be asked to provide it. Without it, you may not be allowed to board the coach.
