Using your Coachcard
You can use your Coachcard at any time, every day, with no peak or off-peak restrictions. It's easy to book discounted tickets online, by phone, or at counters and ticket machines in any of our outlets.
When travelling with your card, please always carry with you:
- Your coach ticket
- Your Coachcard
- Proof of age
If you cannot show any of the above when requested at any point during your journey, you may be required to pay the full adult fare.

Senior Coachcard Terms & Conditions
1. Card entitles you to 1/3 off 'adult standard fares' on National Express coaches.
2. Discounted tickets are available at any time, every day.
3. Discounted tickets can be purchased online, by phone and at any National Express outlet or ticket machine.
4. Please show the Driver your Coachcard when boarding. You may be asked for proof of age (60+).
5. Maximum of four Coachcards can be used per booking.
Exclusions
1. Cards and discounted tickets cannot be purchased from Drivers.
2. Card is not refundable or transferable.
3. Card is not valid with FunFares, special offer fares or promotional fares.
4. Card is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, 3rd Party or special event services.
5. Not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.
