Gatwick North Terminal:
Coach services arrive and depart from the lower level, outside International Arrivals. Find the ticket office inside the terminal at International Arrivals. Transit train is on upper level and connects with the south terminal.
Gatwick South Terminal:
Coaches arrive and depart from the lower forecourt at stops 1 to 5. Escalators, lifts, ramps and travelators make it easy to get between the forecourt and the terminal. Ticket offices are in Arrivals and the lower forecourt area.

London Gatwick service information
New service to London from Gatwick Airport North and South Terminals
From December, our improved Gatwick and London service will begin, providing additional services to our South terminal customers and a brand new service for those using the North terminal.
For only £8.00, when you book online (plus 50p booking fee), the new service will call at Sutton, Mitcham, Streatham, Stockwell, Vauxhall and Victoria Coach Station.
Operating every 30 minutes, between 7am and 7.30pm, and hourly during the night, this new service will treble seats from Gatwick to London and provide key departures 24/7.
Travel between London Airports

Hotel by Bus
For the smart way to travel between your hotel & the airport, take the 'hotel by bus' service which serves the Ibis Gatwick Hotel, Crown Plaza Gatwick, Ramada Plaza Gatwick and Travelodge Gatwick Airport.
For just £3 adult single and £2 child single, travel in comfort with plenty of space for your luggage. Services operate from right outside the north and south terminal buildings from 03:00 to 00:30.
Luggage
Our drivers are more than happy to help you with your luggage. We can carry two medium-sized suitcases - weighing up to 20kg each - plus one small piece of hand luggage per person. We shall have no obligation to carry luggage in excess of the permitted amount or size but additional pieces of hold luggage, or 'outsized' items, will be permitted, subject to space being available, and on payment of a charge for each extra piece. The charges will be £10.00 single journey per item (one journey can be multi-leg) or £15.00 return journey per item. A maximum of three chargeable items can be taken in the hold (maximum 5 overall). Check-in
To ensure you don't miss your flight we advise leaving a minimum of 1 hour between your coach arrival time and the check-in desk opening time.
