Summer BBC Good Food Festival, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham

Fans of celebrity chefs Ainsley Harriott, Angela Hartnett and James Martin, have the opportunity to see their culinary heroes in action this summer.

The annual Summer BBC Good Food Festival is taking place at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre from June 10th to 14th.

Visitors will be able to watch the celebrity chefs create their favourite summer dishes using fresh local ingredients.

Ready, Steady, Cook and Can't Cook, Won't Cook presenter Harriott is sure to entertain the audience with his cooking expertise and fantastic stage presence at the event.

With more than 250 exhibitors displaying cooking utensils, ingredients and kitchen accessories, cooking fans can browse and buy all the tools they need to try out the new recipes they have learnt.

There will also be sessions teaching people how to grow their own ingredients, helping them to save money and get greater satisfaction from their dishes.

Carol Klein, Joe Swift and Toby Buckland are amongst the experts who will show visitors how to create their own vegetable and herb gardens.
