Stour Valley Festival, Stour Valley Local Nature Reserve, Bournemouth.

Now in its fourth year, the Stour Valley Festival, a celebration of traditional country crafts and demonstrations, takes place this weekend at the Stour Valley Local Nature Reserve.

The event includes tutorials on musical instrument making, a spinning and weaving group, sheep shearing demonstrations and goat and dog shows, as well as fete staples such as welly wanging and horse shoe throwing.

Visitors will also be able to sample and buy the very best local produce from surrounding farms and microbreweries.

Meanwhile, for children there will be face painting and badge making as well as tales of local folklore.

The event takes place between 10am and 4pm BST on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th.
