Metro Weekender, Cardiff
This weekend sees the popular Metro Weekender event return to Cardiff.
First held last year, Metro Weekender takes place at Coopers Field and is one of the major dates on the Welsh festival calendar following the merging of South West Four and Get Loaded in the Park.
Headlines for Saturday night include The Streets, Super Furry Animals, Dizzee Rascal and The Automatic, while Sunday's line-up features Paul Van Dyk, Sasha, Pete Tong, LTJ Bukem and Goldie.
As well as big name acts there are also a number of up-and-coming bands, DJs as well as local performers all set to entertain the crowds across three stages.
Tickets start at £25 each and the whole event kicks off at 12pm on Saturday 25th August, with hope that the weather will improve.
