London Lord Mayor's Show
The 2007 Lord Mayor's Show, which celebrates eight centuries of London's history, will be held on Saturday November 10th from 11:00 GMT
According to organisers, around 500,000 people will travel to see the procession, while millions more will watch events unfold on television.
The procession, which starts after a RAF flypast, is more than three miles long and involves the Lord Mayor making his way to the Royal Courts of Justice to pledge allegiance to the Crown.
Although the procession itself ends at 16:00 GMT, there is still the matter of a grand firework display at 17:00 GMT.
The fireworks will be lit on a barge that is moored in the River Thames between the Waterloo and Blackfriars bridges.
Last year's procession included 2,000 servicemen and women, 66 floats, 21 marching bands, 180 vehicles and 20 carriages, as well as the State Coach.
