Katherine Jenkins, National Indoor Arena, Birmingham
Award-winning classical singer Katherine Jenkins is coming to Birmingham and will perform with the city's symphony orchestra for one night only.
The 28-year-old award-winning Welsh star is the world's top selling Mezzo Soprano.
In 2005 she broke records and became the only singer to have ever had three albums in the music charts at the top three positions.
She will be performing with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) for a special performance on June 20th.
The evening of popular music, which will conclude with a performance of Tchaikovsky's Overture from 1812, is part of the celebrations surrounding Rotary International's 100th convention.
Taking place from June 18th to 24th in Birmingham, the convention will bring together some of Rotary International's 1.2 million business, professional and community leaders.
With 33,000 clubs spread all over the world, the aim of the Rotarians is to bring peace and goodwill to the world.
Jenkins' performance is sure to entertain fans when the blonde singing sensation from Neath joins with the internationally acclaimed 90-piece CBSO.
