Guitarfest 2009, National Indoor Arena, Birmingham
Music fans and guitar enthusiasts may want to travel to Birmingham to see some of the world's best guitarists perform live.
Guitarfest is taking place at the National Indoor Arena on July 11th 2009 and promises to be a hit with visiting musicians.
Jerry Donahue of The Yardbirds and Glenn Hughes from Deep Purple will be some of the performers on the main stage of the event demonstrating their skills and techniques to the crowds.
Guitarists who have worked with Michael Jackson, Van Morrison and Living Colour will also be taking part.
Audiences will be able to watch as they play intricate chords and master some of the best instruments at the show.
This year's Guitarfest follows a successful 2008 line-up which included The Quireboys, Vinnie Moore, Thunder and Dave Mustaine.
It takes place a day before Drumfest, the number one event for drummers around the world which will have performances from drummers who have played for Led Zeppelin, Toto, Slash, Paul Rogers and Jeff Beck.
