What's on guide
Eddie Izzard, NIA, Birmingham
People looking for something to laugh about might find a coach trip to Birmingham this November provides exactly what they are looking for.
Comic legend Eddie Izzard will be visiting the Midlands to perform his latest hit show Stripped on November 17th and 18th 2009.
This is the star's eighth tour, but it is the first time he has travelled the UK with a comedy routine since 2003's Sexie.
He has been flexing his acting muscles during the interim and has been seen in a number of hit movies, including the Tom Cruise flick Valkyrie.
However, after some serious roles on camera, the comedian will be back to his sidesplitting best with his latest routine.
Izzard will be performing at the National Indoor Arena, which will also be hosting the Birmingham Comedy Festival in October.
Among the funnymen to take to the stage at last year's event were Lee Evans, Dylan Moran and Ken Dodd.
